I have made the tough decision to move all sessions online until April 3. I know that while some of you will say "finally!" Others are grieving the loss of this physical space. I am too.
Fortunately there are therapists who have been doing online therapy (in remote locations) for years and I have gotten their input. After trying it out this week with several clients I can tell you- it's really not bad. And....

There's nothing you need to do right now. No extra stress! I will give each of you a link for our upcoming appointments on Monday. If I do not hear from you, you will get an email (or text) with a Zoom link. However, if you prefer a HIPAA compliant software or if you want to do EMDR, read below.
